Claims

11. After purchasing a Promotion Product, Participants must visit samsungpromotions.claims/october_watch (the “Website”), and complete the presented claim form by providing the requested information (including (but not limited to) the IMEI or serial number of the purchased Promotion Product and the proof of purchase in order to make an application for their Reward under the Promotion (a “Claim”).
