Tried ordering the ps5 fifa 23 bundle on line over the lazt 48 hours. They are instock. It says i can add it as an accessories to my account but will only give me the option to pay now. Rang EE they said it can be done online only even though i cant. Told me to get a different browser on 3 devices. Been a customer for 8 years dont see why it cant be done over the phone as its obviously the website. Anyone else had issues

@Kat1975 are you within the first 17 months of your current contract? The length of time you’ve been with EE is irrelevant.

Yes i have. I can order anything else pay monthly even the newest xbox. But didnt receive any help when i phoned said it was an online exclusive nothing i could do dosent say that

Its just say sorry cant load page now. I spoke to an advisor again today
who said they might have all gone and thats why

Are you logged into your My EE Account when this happens, @Kat1975?

It's showing in stock on the website.

Not any more unfortunately. If i log in via the web it says page
unavailable when you click on it

Are you able to try clearing your cache again, then try locating it whilst logged out?

At this point do you still get an error when you try to log in?

Yes done all that but this has been done on multiple devices so must be the
website

I have just managed to get ps5 on pay monthly with no games and 1 controller and a 24month pass for £31 a month £10 upfront as soon as i knew they had that stock i ordered it immediately
