I have a 30% code that I got sent through text message but when I go to apply it, it doesn’t seem to work I don’t know if I’m applying it in the wrong place but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere that says promo code

What kind of discount code is it? There should be a section that says 'got a voucher?'.

Hi thank you for the response, on the text message it says it’s an exclusive discount code but as I was going through to get a sim only I couldn’t see anything that said ‘got a voucher’

Hi, ive got all the way to putting my credit card details in and cannot seem to find the add on tab

Hi @Shaby1232.

Does the plan that you've selected already have a discount on it?

Only one discount can be used per plan, so this could be stopping you from entering a code.

It’s the 31 pound unlimited data I don’t think it has a discount on it but there’s no where to put one on

Is there a 'Benefits' tab, @Shaby1232?

It should be the first tab in the checkout, then scroll down.
