I've just received my S22 from upgrading will I be receiving the galaxy buds2 or is it only for those who trade-in?

You will need to make a claim on the Samsung Website to get the buds.

I've gone to the website and its says the form that is used to make the claim has been closed and all the info on the website states that you would of had to make the claim by February/April time this yeah. What do I do now?

Sorry, that claims website is for an expired promotion. You can claim your Buds at 2021.samsungpromotions.claims/giftbuds2.
