1GB Data Boost removed after upgrading

Hi community,

I have I've recently upgraded to new iPhone 14 Pro Max from a sim only deal I've been on for a while, I still have 2 additional lines with EE, the upgrade went through yesterday and I should be receiving the new phone today, I can see on my add ons that my 2x 1 GB data boost has been removed, is EE no longer offering 1GB data boost for additional lines?

Also I remember seeing on my bill that I can get £20 off a new phone, does this automatically happen or do I need to do something, the adviser on the phone said it was in store only?

I called yesterday, but the person I spoke to shut everything down, I guessing because it was almost closing time.

If anyone has any information or can find the T&Cs I would appreciate it.

I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile care team on 150, and they can get this looked into further for you.

I just want to know if I was being misinformed, by the advisor I spoke to?

This is no longer available for new customers, however, the team will check if this should have been removed and also when the credit for the phone will be added if this was an offer when you upgraded.
