Hi guys

I have just purchased a new sim with the BT sport as my Smart Benefit.

I opted to pay an extra £5 for the large screen on my confirmation it’s saying it’s £10 can anyone let me know why and what the £10 includes . I don’t want to sit on the phone for a hour waiting if it’s Something simple .

Did it give you two different prices? How did you activate large screen? Was it by texting SPORT to 150?

Thanks for the message . I have yet to receive my Sim.

I was just wondering why my bill has gone up by £5 . On my confirmation it says large screen costs £10 when it’s advertised as £5

I will wait for my Sim to arrive to see if it’s still an extra £5

Let me know if it changes when your SIM arrives. The cost for older plans is different to newer ones for the large screen access.
