Hi EE have offer me an upgrade but when you click the upgrade box on line via the app nothing happens Tries the app Google ,Firefox,and Edge 20 min wait times to use phone !

Do you get the same if you log into your My EE account online and select Upgrade?

Yes it happens both on line and the app Tried from my phone and laptop
