Xbox ultimate data query

Hi all. New EE customer, and so far really enjoying the experience. As an Xbox ultimate subscriber, I am very interested in the £10 offer and will likely switch to getting it this way.

However, I have a query, which I think I know the answer to, but I just wanted to clarify. If I game while out and about on 5G, it will not use up my data allowance right? I cant find anything that actually has this in writing, although I have seen other users comment that this is the case.

The reason I am questioning it, is I have found the terms and conditions PDF, here, which states:

8. Data used whilst using Cloud Gaming (beta) will be deducted from your EE Price Plan’s
inclusive data allowance.

In my head, that means that it will use up my data allowance. Can anyone clarify?

@Andercot That to is implying data will be used if you’re a BETA tester.
