What is allowed in allowance if in the USA

Hello just travelled to the USA and wondered whether I was allowed to call USA mobiles and landlines for free, use data here and call Uk mobile and landlines for free? I have roam abroad as an add on. Thanks!

The Roam Abroad Pass allows you to use your minutes, text and data allowances in the USA.
