Welcome to the community,

Just opening an account will not allow you to order a product, as it is seen as an add-on.

Do you have a mobile account already with EE?

If you do not have a mobile account with EE and do not want to do so, you will have to get it elsewhere, EE is a mobile and broadband company, and anything else is an add-on where you do have to have a mobile account first.

@Noelj106 The EE store you’re trying to order from is called the add to plan store. As the name says it’s add to plan store so there for you need to add it to your plan ie your mobile/tablet tariff plan to pay for the product via your EE monthly bill.
