I have BT Sport as an add-on. I am trying to create a BT ID but when I enter my mobile number and post code the website says that the number is not an active but landline...

Are you using the same mobile number the BT Sport add-on is active on?

Are you entering the number as 07*** with no spaces?

Yes I received the text and once I get to the page where we are supposed to
fill with phone number and postcode to creat the BT Id it says the phone
number it's not registered. Tried calling 150 yesterday waited for 40 min
on LINE and they didn't answer

I'm having the exact same problem EE useless. No1 for.best coverage that's rubbish can't get a decent signal in my house since switching from VODAFONE to EE. Always had a excellent signal with Vodafone and now with EE struggling to get decent signal. Wished I would have stayed been a ball ache
