Cannot log into EE perks

Hi,

im trying to log into EE perks but not having any luck.

I signed up with all the details and put my work email in for the verification email which came through. I click verify and now can’t log in at all.

it keeps saying these login details are invalid.
I then try and send a reset password email but nothing comes through.
please help

Is it possible to try opening the verification link in a different browser or on a different device?
