Hi, Ive recently had EE FullFibre+ 500 installed. Im happy with it, but seem to be missing one of my addons

The package includes an XBox Game pass. Ive checked other posts in this forum, as people seem to receive a text containing the details of how to redeem the pass, but I don't seem to have got one.

How can I obtain this and redeem the game pass ?

When did your broadband become active? You should receive a message after 14 days.

Hi Chris, my package became active on Monday 5th Sep - so I guess I need to wait another week ?
