Hi I just received a text message saying my student status has expired does this mean I’ll lost my student discount every month?

Has your contract now ended?

At the end of your plan’s minimum term, the discount will be automatically removed.

i now work for the Nhs so I can not log into that account anymore, is there away my Nhs discount could be added on?

If you upgrade you can register for a perk discount on the perk portal and apply the code when you upgrade. This can't be added to your existing plan.
