Watch upgrade with earbuds

I had a phone call last week from ee telephone sales and I got told I will be entitled to free earbuds. I can not see where I can claim them from. Can anyone help please?

For some reason they gave me £50 Google play token 🤔 I got told over the phone that I will get earbuds really confused. Plus I have been trying to get in contact with ee for the last 3 weeks about and order that was sent back but on hold all day? Can anyone support me to get in contact with ee customer service because now I'm getting charged for something I haven't got??
