I have got the bt sport ultimate add on but want to add big screen for £5 I've txt SPORT to 150 but it just keeps telling me I already have the bt sport add on?

Any advice? thanks

Yesterday I upgraded to SIM only with BT Sport as a Smart Add On.

I can’t for the life of me find where to add Large screen. I’ve text Sport to 150 and there is nothing on there. I’ve text Large Screen to 150 but still nothing, just a generic text on what I’m able to text 150. I’m at a loss as there is no physical way for me to do this currently.

I tried ringing customer service yesterday but was on hold 30 minutes before being disconnected, Is there not an easier faster fix?

Been through the exact same process as you, did you manage to fix it? Trying to call up takes an age, and texting "SPORT" or "LARGE SCREEN" to 150 does nothing, same as you.

I did mate, I went on the link the user James b on message above provided and went onto the chat and explained. They added it for me for the £5 a month and all sorted now. Give that a go 👍

I've got exactly the same issue as the guys above. Followed your advice and have been waiting an hour for a reply...

This is a shambles.

I've got exactly the same.

I upgraded to a sim only deal and can't figure out how to simply add on the big screen option for BT Sport. Why isn't there a button to be able to add this on?

It's ridiculous!

It’s really difficult and annoying you can’t just click a button.

I actually got through on Live Chat and the guy sorted it within 5 mins. It was about 9am so try first thing while the queues are low.
