Unable to reset password on perk account

I can reset my forces perk account. I have requested a reset in my phone pad and pc and I get nothing. I have checked spam etc. anyone be able to fix this ?

Have you had EE Perk for a while or have you just registered?

Have you verified your email address?

I have had it a good while it’s been used in the past and registered. Can you send a reset to me ?

What was happening when you tried to login? Did you see a message saying your account has been deactivated?

Just that password is incorrect. I have done a password reset request but never get an email. Who do I contact to fix this.
