@Ali241161 EE will not allow you to upgrade to a cheaper tariff then the one you currently have until you reach your upgrade period ( 45 days before your minimum term) EE only allow you to upgrade to a more costly tariff then the one you have now before your upgrade period. It’s mostly definitely a scam.
