&lt;P&gt;It could be because it's a different discount when taking a SIM only. I would recommend calling our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; so that they can process this manually and make sure you get the correct discount.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to upgrade my contract to sim only, however none of the upgrade options show the multi-line discount like they did when I upgraded previously.
