Bt sport smart benefit

Hi, I am trying to upgrade online with a contract that has a smart benefit included but when I go to pick the smart benefit that I want bt sport is not an option? Anyone know why? Thanks.

I tried to upgrade BT sport and they told me I need an Apple tv box . I told them that on the BT sport website it states that EE customers can get BT sport for £20 per month . They didn't know this at customer services . I have a sony bravia tv with the BT sport app and the Apple tv app pre- installed on my TV apparently I still need the apple tv box . For the sake of a fiver I will just go to BT sport directly .

Im having similar problem, I transferred myBY SIM toEE and the plan included smart benefits including BT sport ultimate worth £20. I was told today that I can only watch on my phone unless I pay another £5. If i had known I would have stayed with BT as they have a cheaper plan with sport on my phone only. I haven't given up yet as i was told it included large screen access. So ringing them tommorow.

Spoke with BT who then spoke to EE whilst I waited, i was then told that although I have an e-mail from EE on Sunday 21/8/22 saying I can watch on large screen I was told that's not the case and the offer I agreed to that was ending last week didn't provide large screen access unless I paid £5 per month.

I changed to ee from bt last week and the offer I got was bt sport ultimate as an add on free worth £20.

I believed I could also watch on my TV with this offer. I even have an e mail from ee saying so. Now I'm told its another £5:per month to watch on TV.

Ee are still advertising bt sport ultimate with large screen access for £20. So have I been misled. And was my add on only worth £15.
