whilst i was trying to buy a pair of Nreal AR glasses online EE said I needed to be a customer IE to have a contract or sign up to a contract to get the said glasses

is this not braking the trading standards law of forcing people to buy extra products that we don't want or need other than the product that I want to buy and not the extra contract of services

please alter the web sight's terms and conditions of forcing the selling of extra products on top of products we want to buy from you

thank you from a very disgruntled buyer who does not want the extra contract on top of the product

The problem is nreal have not bothered to find anyone else to sell the devices in Europe.

However you could always pop into one of the following EE shops and just buy them. No contract needed. I have seen a staff member any EE shop can order them for you, but not many people know about them.

You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

There is nowt illegal about doing this. Even if you were in a position to make an offer for this item EE would be within their rights to refuse it.
