Hi, I have a BT Sports Smart Benefit on my account activated but when I go to my bt sports app it says it can’t find my account? Any help?

Have you registered a BT ID?

If you log into your My EE app and select add-ons, does the BT Sport Smart Benefit show as active?

Hi Leanne,

Yeah I’m pretty sure I have. I have used this smart benefit for years and recently changed it as I was abroad on holiday so changed it for the roaming smart benefit. Since I changed it back it doesn’t recognise my login?
