EE perks NHS discount

I want to apply my NHS discount to my account as I'm about to upgrade to a new handset. I am apparently already registered for the perks but I can't log in. I haven't received an email to validate either so I haven't got the code which allows the discount to be applied. Can you help?

You can only add a perk discount when you upgrade or take out a new contract.
