Can’t buy unlimited data add on

Hi,

I’m trying to buy unlimited data add-on but the option is not there anymore. I was using it last month, but I don’t know why I can’t find it.

PAYG or Pay Monthly (Contract) if it's the later it will probably stay on untill you cancel it.

The same has happened to me I can no longer find the EE UNLIMITED DATA ADD ON can anyone help

Is it already added to your account? All available data add-ons will show in your My EE account.

I can’t find it in my account, I can find only from 250mb to 20GB.

What should I do?

How did you initially get the add-on, @Ibrahim27?

Were you invited by text message or did you add it through the app?

Is the add-on still active on your account. Is it listed under add-ons if you select your mobile plan from the home page?

It is not active at the moment. And when I go to the home page to get the data add-ons only appear to 20GB, no more than that. I can’t scroll more or anything.
