NHS perks discount

Hi been trying to upgrade while using my NHS perks discount. I have last used it 2 years ago and when i tried to open it, it wont let me log in. Resetting the password doesnt work too. How can i open my nhs perks and get a discount code?

The login supplied details are invalid then if you try to reset it, it will say unable to reset

I have never used my personal email in accessing the ee peeks website so I dont think that would work?

Hi @JLICUP,

It's possible to register for Perk with either a personal or work email address so I wanted to rule that out.

Has your work email address changed since your first registered?

What is the full error message you see when requesting a password reset?
