I am trying to upgrade my phone and add the discount code from EE Perks. It is saying the voucher code is not valid. I am swapping my old phone for a new one and upgrading it. Can someone tell me why this is not allowing me to add the voucher?

Did you get the Perk code from the Perk Portal or another site?

I don’t believe the plans discounted and I got the code from the Perks website itself.

Hi!

I picked the iPhone 12 with 100GB of data and the 1 smart benefit. I have selected to trade in my old phone for an early upgrade.

trying to add in my 20% perk code and it’s not valid. My dad tried it on his account and it worked. So I got another code to try it again and it said again it wasn’t valid.

The EE perk discount can't be used with any other offer or discount this would include an early upgrade discount

If you give us a call on 150, the team can look at your options for an upgrade 🙂
