Hi, I be just upgrade my phone but my EE perk log in is not working. I’ve tried to reset it but still not working. Need a new code for the discount. Can someone help to reactivate my EE Perks account please so o can add the discount. Many thanks

What is happening when you try to log into perk?

Do you get an error message?

I’ve tried to put my NHS email then it says it was deactivated. I tried to put my personal email & put forgot my password but I haven’t received any email at all from EE to reset the password. I even try to register but since I’m already previously registered, they wouldn’t allow it too. Just wondering is there anything else I can do so I can get my EE perks email working again fo r me to get the discount code? Thank you
