EE Perk account issue with work domain change

Hello. I tried signing up to the EE Park program as my employer (local authority) is enrolled. Our work email domain changed a while back and this has not been updated with EE Perk, i'm struggling to find anyone at work who can change this. It would not recognize the new email address but did recognize the old email address, but i cannot receive the verification email anymore as the old domain no longer exists. I tried the work ID photo option instead but it's stuck in a loop waiting for me to verify an email I cannot receive. Can anyone from EE Perk help at all please? Many thanks, Marcus.
