Morning I am having trouble registering for EE Perks I have been into my local shop who sent an email about it but I've still not heard anything back. I work for Lancashire County Council in a school, my ID bage has schools name on it but not LCC I uploaded a payslip which has LCC logo on my pay ref and name and address which I was told should be ok but still rejects saying not clear enough. Please help!

Have you tried uploading the photo ID that you have?

Our perks team would need this to verify your details if you don't have a company email address.

I have tried with my photo ID which only has the name of the school on Not LCC which is the local authority which I'm employed by. Also with wage slip from LCC

@James_B once uploaded and submitted I've had one say that company was not found for the ID Badge supplied which is for the school I work I so I uploaded my payslip aswell which shows who I'm employed by but that came back saying not clear. When I called into my local shop they sent an email about it as he had already had some earlier that morning who worked for The Same company and couldn't get hers to Validate either. But I've had no reply regarding it.

Was the image you uploaded blurry or too far zoomed out in any way?

It sounds like this should be accepted once the team are able to view the image.

I have tried twice now with the image which is clear but no luck as yet?
