EE Perks codes not valid

I have tried multiple codes from my EE perks and none are working. The plan is not discounted and is full price, anyone else had this problem?

Which plan and phone are you selecting? Perk codes can't be used alongside other discounts or special offers.

Also, please make sure you're not connected to a VPN, just in case that is affecting it.

I have been looking at the IPhone 13 Pro max with unlimited data, I have tried other plans too but nothing seems to work. No VPN either.
