Did you get a voucher? You usually have to wait until the 14 days cooling off period have passed. What did it say, did you get any information about the free galaxy bud?

You don't need to claim. They will be auto sent to you 15 - 30 days after purchase.

Where you bought it from there was a "Find out more" note on the order page:
