Hi , I have £2 per day fixed add on for EU Free on my account, but I was told to buy a £10 Roam abroad pass for travel to Italy. very confused?

You may choose to have either throughout the EU, whichever works out more economical for you. The Roam Abroad Pass is charged pro-rata for the time you have it.

How long are you going for? I'm just back from Portugal and the daily price was the cheaper option for my wife. She was only charged the £2 on three of the days we were away because she had to make a few phone calls. I had the Roam Abroad pass as a Smart Benefit.
