How do I claim Google Pixel 6 Pro Cashback?

Hi,

I recently bought the google pixel 6 pro and was informed I could claim cash back. I proceeded to buy the phone from an EE store but was never told about how i could claim the £150 back?

This was an offer they had on in stores and online throughout May and June.
