Zone A add on

I just topped up my account with £30, im now trying to buy a Zone A 300mb EE HS weekly - which i assume will give me data in Turkey where ive just arrived - every time I click get this add on, i just get a message saying there seems to be a problem.... whats going on???

I also tried to buy via the link i received in a text on arrival, but each time i tried it kept saying there was a Captcha error - even though there was no captcha on the page!

Does it have to be so difficult.

Is the credit still showing on your account or has this been used to purchase a pack when you topped up?

If this is showing, can you try and access data via your phone browser, do you get the option to add a data add-on?
