EE Perk Help!

Hi there

I have an EE Perk account but it wont let me log in, when I go to reset the password it tells me it can't be reset.

Our force recently ditched the PNN email address contained within Police Accounts, and thats the email that was registered with my EE Perk account.

Any help please?

Hello, I am having the same issue as above, need to re-register a new email address as the pnn on the police account has been dropped. Please can you advise. Thank you
