BT Sports Ultimate Smart Benefit - how to use for large screen (TV) ?

I am looking to upgrade my phone but before I do I want to make sure that getting the BT Sports Ultimate Smart benefit would be worth it. Can it be upgraded for use on multiple devices (e.g. playstation) ? And if so how much would this cost a Month ? And finally does this benefit last for the entirety of the contract e.g. 2 years ?

Yes, you can keep the Smart Benefit for the life of your contract. It's an extra £5 per month to watch on other devices.

When I try adding the large screen to my bt sport app as a smart benefit, it charges me £15 and not £5, can you help with that?

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account to see which charge is correct. They should be able to help add it from our side.
