hi im going to turkey in a couple of weeks,how do i get data to use overthere im on contract with 00 caped so is there a bundle i can buy to use with ease.thanks

@jacpat14 Are you on contract or PAYG ? Use THIS and select your tariff type and you’ll see what you get.

You also need to make sure roaming is enabled on your EE account before you leave the UK if you are a contract customer.
You can text ROAMING to 150 now if you wish.

@jacpat14 : As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/turkey-and-northern-cyprus .

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to check roaming is enabled on your account.

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

I can see you have had great advice for using data in Turkey 🙂

To make sure you are all set up for Roaming, if you log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK > They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated.
