I have just upgraded my phone and got it today and I have by sport as an add on. How do I access it and when I go to my add on’s it’s not there and it costs extra?

I have it as a smart benefit and I have it on the receipt of my upgrade purchase but it won’t let me add it as a smart benefit

I chose it as a smart benefit when I purchased the upgrade, so I have to do it again?

In My EE, if you go to Menu > Plans, Smart Benefits & add-ons > Smart Benefits, is BT Sport already active?

It says I don’t have any smart benefits even though I purchased a plan with BT sport on the receipt of it

Does it say you aren't eligible to add a Smart Benefit, or that you haven't selected your Smart Benefit yet?
