@Bigbadbaz2 What is the phone that you are using, and also which router? If you are all digital then take a look on the help link for Home Phone.

This is regarding my home phone digital voice

all I can see is my blocked number and no heading/anything for favorites

where can I find these ?

@Bigbadbaz2 Did the help link from above not work? BT Link will also get you the phone user manuals, you wont find anything on the EE site, as far as i know.

i am looking for favorites in the EE app

i don’t have a new BT handset, just a traditional hand set

can you help with the app ?

@Bigbadbaz2 DV features all depend on the ability of the phone handset that you are using, if your model does only some of the features then that is all you will have, the app is not designed as a phone, it is there to give control and some settings. Whatever your traditional handset does, you will need to look at its manual to see if it possibly supports some features but there is absolutely no guarantee that they will even work. The link advises what can be done with the new advanced digital phones from BT/EE.
