I migrated from BT to EE at BT suggestion about a month ago and migrated from landline to digital phone. Since then call protect is not working via the apple version of the app, I cant see incoming calls and block if necessary. I have telephoned three times, been referred to technical support and told problem escalated but still no result several days after the dead line I was given. Call barring works from phone via 1572. But only on a call by call basis. On the bt app I could see the list and check and bar as necessary.

The overall migration went well except for this continuing issue.

I don't think this is good service and to my mind EE have not completed their contract for migration and since the BT app worked feel that if EE cant resolve the issue then I should be migrated back to BT at no cost. Surely the IT and system design should be the similar as same overall company……..

Anyone on this forum have the ability to solve please - needless to say I have deleted and redownloaded app several times as well as router reset……now really fed up and still getting scam calls.

Does the moderator have the ability to kick EE into action?
