Recently been switched over on my landline from BT to EE…. Have had numerous problems since . Apparently, I am forced to have voicemail on my line now. I wasn’t told I was getting voicemail, I don’t need voicemail, I DON’T WANT VOICEMAIL !!!! Incredibly, it cannot be turned off.. EE is absolutely crap…!!!!

@pattcarlisle Just call EE CS on 150 from your DV handset, and have the agent turn off the voicemail option, only they can do it for you.

Just tried that, they say that it can not be turned off.

I've just changed from BT to EE, it took me months to get it turned off with BT. Eventually found a man who said I can do that. Took him 2 seconds.

I need to find a tech at EE who knows how to turn it off.

@keithwjones Going to update this post now unless someone else say's otherwise, there is a firm stance from EE CS that the Voicemail option CANNOT be turned off by both user and by CS also.....
