I try and answer an incoming call and there is nothing, the line is open and the caller cannot hear anything either. I have tried calling out and there is no line signal and again nothing happens. I have tried re-syncing the handsets but nothing happens. The old landline handsets do seem to be working but they are plugged into the router. Any suggestions?
