Since yesterday evening calls to our Landline number are immediately met with the message, 'You are with Voicemail'. The landline 'phones no longer ring, but we can use them to ring out.

If the power off wait a couple minutes then back on for the EE Hub on DV does not clear the fault out, you will have to either call EE CS or do the text message to them from a mobile phone that is registered to your account, it is PHONE to 66033 and have EE test it out for you.

Thank you. We have both quad cordless 'phones and two fixed 'phones connected to our line and we discovered this morning. that one of the fixed 'phones (the one remotest from the hub) had lost contact with the hub. Switching it off and on again restored the connection and, lo and behold, the system works again! Our landline is our primary connection, and there seems to have been nothing but trouble with it since we went over to full-fibre connection, so we are far from impressed.

The EE chatbot was of no help as it kept telling us the system was working properly, so we were on the point of telephoning the EE help-line when the loss of connection to one handset was discovered.

@Flapdoodle The fixed one with the issue, are you connected using one off the EE DVA's, Digital Voice Adapters they do work in the Dect Frequency range so you have to watch that it is NOT to far away from reaching the EE Hub over the connection, if it continues to do so then relocate it all just a bit closer.... Not the FF Full Fibre causing you any issues, it's all to do with the DV Digital Voice side of the EE Operation. If you can keep the eye on it, the ones connected to the back off the EE Hub should work but no guarantee's with it all yet, verdict is still out.....

This is very helpful. Our drawing room, in which the problematic telephone is located, is quite a long way from the EE hub. There is another power socket in the drawing room a few feet closer to the hub than the one we are using, so perhaps if we try using that it will be more reliable.
