Recently had EE Digital Home phone. Unobtainable with incoming calls

I recently had Digital Home phone installed. However, one family member is unable to call from their mobile, they get an unobtainable sound. As I am 92 this family member needs to be able to call me to check on my welfare. Is it possible to check the line?

@MollyD2 The DV Digital voice side has three parts to it, the Incoming side, the Outgoing and then all the services landline/mobile etc, to have it checked you need to call EE CS direct so dial 150 on your landline or if you have a mobile you can do a text PHONE to 66033 to have EE check it out for you. No other way to do it all.

It can take a few day's for all the services to gel together and that can be 24-48hrs but if you are past that time you may wish to have it checked out.

Welcome to the community.

It is bit of a strange one if it is just the one number that cannot reach you, but it is otherwise working as expected.

I would recommend getting in touch with our tech guides either by phone or by using the text option suggested by @JimM11 above, and they can run some tests to find out what is happening.
