It was for a free digital voice adapter. You simply had to&amp;nbsp; text &lt;STRONG&gt;ADAPTER &lt;/STRONG&gt;to &lt;STRONG&gt;66033&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Did you not receive such an email?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received my adapter within a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plusnet has transferred me over to ee broadband that has resulted in my home phone now being connected to the new ee router ...but now I've lost the use of my &amp;nbsp;extension phone ! &amp;nbsp;how is this progress . any help on how to get the extension phone linked to the one phone socket allowed by the router please ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've got full fibre you can use the old BT master socket to feed your extension(s). It's best to cut the redundant BT copper cable where it comes into your house first, being careful not to short out the cable internal wires.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then connect the phone socket on the router to the BT master socket and your extension sockets should work as they did before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want a phone connected to the router socket as well, you'll need to use a BT double phone socket adapter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
