      <title>Impossible to Communicate with BT or EE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Despite sitting on the phone for hours to the BT/EE help/support number I have not managed to speak to anyone. &amp;nbsp;I am not alone with this same complaint. &amp;nbsp;The phone just rings and rings and nobody answers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am being moved over to Digital Home Phone and Broadband Services next week. &amp;nbsp;I require a mains adapter for my home phone and have sent a request twice to text 66033, providing my EE home phone service landline as requested. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No reply. &amp;nbsp;I have in the meantime received a new Smart Hub Plus router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help as time is running out and I will soon be without a landline phone. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone else got this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
