It took longer to fix than necessary as OR misdiagnosed the symptoms I correctly reported &amp;amp; did not visit my home &amp;amp; local exchange as they should have done until the 3rd try. See&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="" href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/FYI-BT-Phone-is-Good-Paying-Auto-Compo/m-p/1587762?search-action-id=218773561090&amp;amp;search-result-uid=1587762" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;FYI: BT Phone is Good Paying Auto Compo&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you not have a dial tone? What happens when someone phones your no.? Do they get no ring tone or does it go to a stranger (as it did with me - crossed lines not sussed by OR immediately)? These are the important checks to make before reporting it to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to report it by calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.&amp;nbsp; or texting PHONE to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;66033 from some other phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
