Never heard that one, if you can receive calls then you should in theory be able to make calls. Have just read it is a digital home phone, where have you plugged your phone, which socket and is it plugged in correctly in the router, which I believe it should be?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Digital Home Phone’s voicemail signal that you have a message is a tone similar to the engaged tone. Dial 1571 to see if you have any messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
