      <title>No caller display</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have no caller id since going full fibre. I already contacted EE&amp;nbsp; twice through the App, the second time time she registered a complaint and said she would arrange an engineer. Then she said she would clear the complaint now and gave me a code to track the progress. Anyway, nothing has happened since and I can't figure out how to find the code she gave me on the app although I saved the conversation when we had finished. Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I tried texting but I don't think that is going to be of any use for my problem. The bot&amp;nbsp; said&amp;nbsp; everything is fine with the connection and now wants to&amp;nbsp; refresh the router connection as it "fixes a lot of common problems".&amp;nbsp; If it was that easy I'm sure they would have done it already.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
