topic Billing in Digital Home Phone

My parent's have been charged £79.99 for a Digital Voice hybrid phone. We were told when agreeing the contract that this would be debited on the first bill then credited on the next bill. But the "expected next bill" amount is showing as £45.99 which obviously does not include the credit. Could you assure me that the next bill will be credited by £79.99 please?

This is a public forum and no one here has access to the account.

Hi @Jen1961,

Welcome to the Community!

Account credits might not always show in the predicted bill amount, but this does not mean that this will not be on your parents' next bill. I'd recommend giving the team a call and they will be able to double check this, and put your mind at ease.
